GSGF800.1100A型全自動(dòng)高速干法復(fù)合機(jī)
1、用途:本機(jī)適用于BOPP、PET、CPP、PCVD、鍍鋁膜、鋁薄等相同性質(zhì)的組合膜，紙等。機(jī)械速度130米/分。
2、主傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)：主傳動(dòng)采用交流變頻矢量控制，涂膠輥和熱鼓同步采用擺臂控制緊松。特點(diǎn)：確保烘道薄膜緊松。
3、放料機(jī)構(gòu)：一、二組放料采用雙工位預(yù)傳動(dòng)，自動(dòng)接料雙光電糾邊裝置，張力采用自動(dòng)張力控制。特點(diǎn)：保證復(fù)合膜張力均勻。
4、涂膠機(jī)構(gòu)：網(wǎng)紋輥通過(guò)刮刀進(jìn)行刮涂膠量，膠量厚薄刮刀可任意調(diào)節(jié)，膠輥采用雙氣缸升壓，壓力可任意調(diào)節(jié)，并配備停機(jī)涂膠膜可自動(dòng)升起。
5、烘道內(nèi)機(jī)構(gòu)：烘道溫度四段知能溫控儀控制，內(nèi)循環(huán)裝置，護(hù)料輥和熱鼓同步運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，并配備氣頂烘道及穿膜操作平臺(tái)。
6、復(fù)合熱鼓與壓輥機(jī)構(gòu)：復(fù)合熱鼓加熱通過(guò)熱油進(jìn)行加熱，使熱鼓加溫均勻省電，壓輥壓力采用雙氣缸，壓力可以調(diào)節(jié)。特點(diǎn)：省電
7、收料機(jī)構(gòu)：采用雙工位預(yù)傳動(dòng)，自動(dòng)接料。收卷采用力矩電機(jī)收取。

GSGF800.1100 A Fully Automatic High-speed Dry Laminating Machine　　
1. Application: It is applied to BOPP, PET, CPP, PVCD, al-plated film, al-tissue as well as the compound film and paper with the same properties. Its mechanical speed is 130m/min.
2.Main transmission unit: main transmission adopts alternating current frequency inverter transforming vector to control the motor. The heat beat and rubber-plated mesh roller synchronism adopts swing arms to control its tightness and looseness, which is characterized by assuring the tightness and looseness of the films in the oven channels.
3. Feeder Device: Group 1and2 feeders adopt double working stations to pre-start, auto collecting unit and dual eye-light rectifier while the tension adopts auto tension unit, keep evenness of film.
4. Rubber-plated unit: The mesh rollers control the scrapping and inking amount by scrapper. The thickness of rubber can be adjusted freely through the ink scrappers. While the rubber roller adopts double air cylinder to higher the pressure, whereas the pressure can be adjusted freely. It is also equipped with rubber-plated film while stopping to lift automatically.
5. Construction of oven channel: temperature in the oven channel through four-pace inligent thermo controller is equipped with inner cycling unit, the material-protecting roller and the heat beat can rotate synchronically, and it is equipped with gas cap heating channel and putting through film operation panel.
6. Compound heat beat and impression roller unit: Compound heat beat is heated through the hot oil to make the temperature of the heat beat evenly, saving electricity. The press roller adopts double air cylinder .While the pressure can be adjusted freely. Performances: Save electricity power.
7. Rolling unit: It adopts double working station to pre-start and auto-roll while the rolling adopts torque motor.
