DNAY800.1100經濟型中速凹版全自動電腦套色彩印機 1、用途：本機適用于BOPP、CPP、PET、PCVD及相同性質的組合膜、紙等。本機印刷速度80米/分，機械速度100米/分。 2、主傳動機構：主傳動采用深圳匯川變頻器控制電機，傳動每組印版。特點：節省用電。 3無軸裝版機構：裝版采用氣缸，拉動芯軸進行裝版，橫向調節采用螺桿移動。 特點：減少換版時間，確保版同心度，提高產品質量。 4、油墨刮刀機構：刮刀可任意調節上下和角度，刮刀壓力采用雙氣缸，橫向移動采用電機轉動凸輪移動。特點：延長版的使用壽命。 5、壓印升降機構：壓印采用雙氣缸升壓與電磁閥自鎖定位，對氣缸漏氣和停機氣缸下掉保護。 特點：保證壓力平均，確保色差。 6、套色機械手：采用電腦控制同步電機通過減速傳動滾珠絲桿調節，進行自動套色。 特點：轉動潤滑，套色精度高。 7、收、放料機構：采用雙+工位收、放料架，放料采用磁粉張力控制，牽引張力采用國產自動張力控制，收料采用雙力矩電機控制。特點：減少廢料，降低成本。 干燥、冷卻機構：烘箱采用離心風機吹吸，電熱石英管分布在每組烘箱的吹風口進行加熱，溫度由智能溫控儀控制，冷卻每組烘箱上，出口裝一只離心風機冷卻，確保薄膜降溫。特點：節省用電。
