主要機(jī)構(gòu)性能

整臺(tái)機(jī)器按照高要求，可靠性功能而設(shè)計(jì)制造，整機(jī)操作人性化設(shè)計(jì)，能在短時(shí)間內(nèi)進(jìn)行設(shè)定、修正、執(zhí)行、更換、記憶功能，并以精確數(shù)據(jù)顯示。
所有傳動(dòng)輥材質(zhì)均為優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼，鍍硬鉻，表面研磨。
傳動(dòng)齒輪采用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼，鍍硬鉻，研磨而成。
只要傳動(dòng)軸采用免鍵連接，減少連接間隙，保證印刷套印精度。
機(jī)油自動(dòng)平衡裝置，保持各單元油面平衡。
整機(jī)采用PLC控制，具有歸零，記憶等功能。（可選用PLC結(jié)合觸摸屏控制）
前緣式進(jìn)紙方式。
網(wǎng)輥：可選用金屬網(wǎng)輥或陶瓷網(wǎng)紋輥，網(wǎng)輥線數(shù)可根據(jù)用戶要求選擇。

Performance of the main machanisms
Designed According the high request and the reliable function,the operation of the machine is humanization,can accomplish the setting,revision,implement,replacing and memories functing in a shot time,ａnd display with a exact data.
All the drive rollers adopted high quality steel materials,hard chromium plating and the surface treated by lapping finish.
The drives gears adopt high quality alloy steel,after heat treatment and lapping finish.
The main drive roller adopt keyless connect,decrease the connection gap,guarantee the printing presicion.
Lubricata oil automatic balance device,keep the equal oil level equal in each unit.
The machine adopt PLC control,with "automatic zero return"ａnd "memories"function.
Use sun feeder for feed the cardboard.
Customer can chose use steel anilox roller or ceramic roller,the lines of the anilox roller ac so can be chosed accord the customer use.

進(jìn)紙部
送紙部功能
可連續(xù)或隔張紙自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)。
前緣送紙加大吸風(fēng)量，送紙更平穩(wěn)、準(zhǔn)確。變頻控制真空氣流和壓力，配合壓扁送入的紙板。
帶紙膠輥為雙層、內(nèi)層軟外層硬，既保持內(nèi)層彈性又保證外層耐磨，減少壓扁送入的紙板。
除塵裝置，雙重毛刷和風(fēng)機(jī)可清除紙板表面紙屑，可按紙板尺寸分段調(diào)整。
帶紙膠輥間隙，左右擋板位置均用電腦控制。
后托紙架前后采用電動(dòng)控制，加快了調(diào)整速度節(jié)省時(shí)間。
主機(jī)啟動(dòng)選用保護(hù)裝置，機(jī)器未鎖時(shí)主機(jī)無法啟動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

Function of Feeder Unit：
Continous or skip feeding is available with counter.
Sun Automation Lead Edge Feeder with strong vacuum transfer for precise and stable feeding.
Variable frequency drive control for vacuum blower fan for increased or deceased vacuum suction to match different size of vacuum blower fan for increased or decreased vacuum suction to match different sizes of paperboard.
Feeding roll is made of two-layer rubber,inner layer is soft and outer is hard this makes inner layer more flexible and surface more wear-resistant,ａnd reduce the flute damage of the paperboard.
Dust removal system with brush and segmented vacuum sheet cleaner.
Self-locked system adopted for adjusting feeding rolls gap.Motorized and PLC control of feeder side guides.
Motorized backstop forward/backward and up/down position for easy and quick adjustment.
Main motor is protected form starting up when units are not fully closed and locked.

印刷部
真空傳送印刷部功能：
卷軸掛板，左、右兩邊鎖緊裝置，讓掛板對(duì)位更準(zhǔn)確。
印刷相位調(diào)整，電腦及電動(dòng)控制。
橫向相位，電腦及電子數(shù)字控制，控制范圍±10mm。
網(wǎng)紋輥的間隙調(diào)整采用電腦及電子式控制，讓刮刀刮墨更均勻。
印刷相位固定裝置，電子離合器制動(dòng)式剎車機(jī)構(gòu)。當(dāng)單元分離調(diào)整相位清洗時(shí)，剎車機(jī)構(gòu)限制齒輪傳動(dòng)，保持原有齒輪位置固定。
自動(dòng)切換清洗裝置，讓水墨回收更。
清洗印版后自動(dòng)復(fù)位系統(tǒng)。

Function of Printer Unit With Vacuum Transferring：
Available with either Matthews or Roll mounting system.
Printing register is digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
Transverse register is also digitally controlled by motor and PLC(±10mm).
Quick set and self locking pull collars.
A fixed device of printing register and brake of electromagnetic clutch is used when the is opened. Upened closing the unit,the position are precisely restored so the unit is ready for printing without adjustment.
Cleaning Function can automatically switched to ensure the ink recycling htoroughly.
Automatic resetting after cleaning the printer.

模切部
模切部相位，電腦及電動(dòng)控制。
橫向相位，電腦及電動(dòng)控制，控制范圍±10mm。
膠墊與刀模間隙電腦及電動(dòng)數(shù)字控制。
傳送輥調(diào)整采用電腦及電動(dòng)數(shù)字式控制。
膠墊輥切削修平結(jié)構(gòu)，保持膠墊平整。

Function of Die-cutter unit：
De-cutting register is digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
The die-cut cylinder cylinder lateral register is digitally controlled by motor and PLC,rang about ±10mm.
Motorized caliper adjustment between anvil roll and die drum.
Auto Speed Compensation system controlled by the independent motor can achieve the superb die accuracy.
Anvil trimmer to keep surface of the anvil covers flat and smooth.

堆疊部
堆疊部功能：
接紙臂可手動(dòng)或自動(dòng)操作，設(shè)有保險(xiǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)，防止接紙臂突然下落，保證操作人員安全。
床臺(tái)升降強(qiáng)力鏈條帶動(dòng)。
堆疊高度為1600mm。
床臺(tái)隨紙板堆高自動(dòng)調(diào)整傾斜高度，升降電機(jī)，附剎車功能，床臺(tái)得以保持固定位置，不會(huì)下滑。
氣壓式抬紙機(jī)構(gòu)，在紙板堆疊到預(yù)定高度時(shí)，接紙托板自動(dòng)打開，支座托住紙板。
平面皺紋皮帶，防止紙板下滑。

Function of Piling Department：
Installed with safeguard mechanism the paper-receiving arm can operated by hａnd automati-cally in order to prevent the sudden falling down of the paper-receiving arm for the safety of the operating personnel.
The rising and descending of the machine tool platform are driven by the powerful chain.
The height of piling is 1600mm.
With the paperboard's piling to the higher level the machine tool platform automatically adjusts the tilting height,Lifting and descending the electrical machinery.Equipped with the function,so the machine tool can keep the fixed position to prevent falling down.
The organization of lift the paper ty pneumatic motion. The paper receiving tray will automatically open and catch the paperboard while the paperboards are piled to the planned height.
The surface corrugated belt can prevent the sliding of the paperboard.
