| ZFM-1100 AUTOMATIC WATER-SOLUBLE FILM LAMINATOR 全自動水溶性復膜機 ZFM全自動水溶性復膜機是本公司根據當前印刷界的需要，并致力于本公司長期 生產復膜設備的經驗所開發的理想紙張表面處理設備。該機為光、電、機、氣于 一體化，比起傳統的復膜設備，該機具有生產效率高、運行平穩、更加人性化等 優點，為用戶節約了生產成本，提高了生產效率。 1.機 器采用飛達自動送紙，提高了生產效率 2.采 用高精度側規，使紙張自動對正，提高復膜精度 3.紙 張間前后疊加部分可調，保證重合度一致 4.采 用浸入式涂布，操作方便，使涂布更加均勻并節省膠水 5.設 有自動薄膜分切及打孔裝置 6.設 有紙張計數，缺紙停機，自動供膠等系統 7.紙 張運行采用全程吸風輸送，無歪張現象  Features 1 .Automatic paper feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump to feed paper automatically without machine stop 2.Automated operation is controlled by PLC system. Color touch screen simplifies the machine operation. 3.Transmission system equipped frequency convertor for continuously speed variation. Speed adjustment is more stable and accurate. 5.Automatic Counting,No Paper Protector and Glue Supply Automatic System 6.Dip coating saves glue, and ensures glue coating homogenized. And the thickness of glue coating is adjustable. 7.Conveying table is furnished with air aspirator, side lay and front lay etc. to guarantee paper conveying and overlap stable and regular, and paper feeding precision can be perfected effectively.
