1.產品結構 production structure
各部件金屬對金屬表面的沒有滑動磨損----------實現長壽命、無維護
*、執行機構傳動中，采用高科技材料的滾筒撥叉結構，動作平穩，沒有傳動死區，沒有機械磨損。
第二、氣缸內壁采用燒結還氧涂層，加上低磨擦的活塞密封圈、支撐圈和高效穩定的密封脂，可以保證*平滑的動作，不需要額外添加潤滑油，無需保養工作。
作為標準化設計，執行機構符合DIN3337/ISO5211，VDI/VDE3845（Namur）的標準，這使安裝變得簡單，并可以很容易地裝配電磁閥、定位器等附件。 
第三、斜錐面金屬密封蝶閥設計采用了一個雙偏心和一個斜錐面密封結構，實現蝶板在開啟瞬間，密封面隨即分離，關閉接觸時，密封圈擠壓后，自身微量變形，實現密封，
而密封付之間，沒有金屬對金屬表面的滑動摩擦，這樣大大延長了密封件的使用壽命, 達到啟閉輕松自如，密封自動補償。

錐面金屬密封蝶閥應用技術結構形式：采用了可浮動的密封環，密封環在閥體上可以依閥板關閉時，靠推力適當調整自身的位置，這樣可浮動的密封圈，可以補償閥門在不同工況，如高溫、管道應力等產生的變形、熱膨脹等因素，消除變形的影響，確保密封吻合、比壓均勻，從本質上*解決了，金屬對金屬硬密封泄漏的難題，實現金屬密封零泄漏。
