一、簡介：

隨著氣柱緩沖包裝袋制造行業的發展與日漸盛行，我司引進國外*設計和生產技術，采用進口電器配件國內*生產出多規格全自動SY-1200氣柱緩沖袋制袋成型機組。

SY-1200氣柱緩沖袋制袋成型機組是21世紀采用的新型氣柱包裝袋的機器設備，由定型機與成型機組成，采用日本PLC控制系統，德國氣動元配件，通過FTF人機界面實現參數實時顯示的新一代氣柱緩沖包裝制袋機。

新氣柱袋可廣泛取代現有內包裝材料，如保利龍、EPE、瓦楞紙、紙漿鑄模等內包裝材料，不但環保、不占空間、節省成本、提高生產線效率，而且可提供產品zui完善的抗震保護能力。不僅符合環保要求，而且可回收再利用。

二、氣柱緩沖袋制袋機特點：

相對于其它的緩沖包裝材料，氣柱包裝袋具有以下優點: 

1、節省倉儲空間。

因為，氣柱包裝袋可以實時上線，立刻充填，要多少就充多少，*不占空間。 氣柱包裝袋是由99％的空氣和1％的塑膜組成，其包裝材料未使用前*平整，不占空間， 可節省大量的儲運費用。在一般的使用條件之下，氣柱包裝袋可以讓您節省20％—40％的運送空間。

2、緩沖*。

氣柱包裝袋的支撐性，單一個氣柱包裝袋就可承受60～80kg的壓力而不破裂。氣柱包裝袋能確實的保護所包裝的產品，不只是填充、支撐。 和傳統的填充物比較，不會造成包裝箱內由于空隙大，在運送過程中物品經常移位、碰撞導致物品損壞。既使遭遇外力擠壓，氣柱包裝袋的貼身設計也能利用其氣墊來分散壓力以避免物品破損。

 3、符合環保要求。

 氣柱包裝袋所用原料皆不含有毒物質及有毒重金屬，不管是在生產、使用或放置等任何狀況下，原物料（塑膜）或成品（氣墊）都是*干凈的，不會造成任何的二次污染。

 氣柱包裝袋使用完畢后，可以回收利用。*符合國家產業指導精神，也符合環保要求。

This air column cushion bag production line uses PE/PA co-extruded film and the air valve film to weld air column sheet first, then fold the air column sheet to the desired bag pattern, and then seal and cut to get the finished air column bags.
