機器人激光焊接機主要有機械手，光纖激光器和控制系統組成。機械手可以組裝成單軸到多軸的機械手，可根據不同的負載、行程、功能及特殊空間要求適配定制，同時，在X.Y.Z軸基礎上可以擴展旋轉軸和翻轉軸，靈活度強，特別適合對各類不規則產品進行焊接作業，光纖激光器分為連續和脈沖兩種光源，根據需求進行選擇，控制系統根據機械手和激光器單獨開發定制。機器人激光焊接應用后，焊接件的外觀和內部質量大大提高，質量穩定，勞動強度降低，工作環境得到改善。
The robot laser welding machine is mainly composed of the manipulator, the fiber laser and the control system.Manipulator can be assembled into a single shaft to the multi-axis manipulator, according to the different load, stroke, function and adaptation to customize special space requirements, at the same time,the rotating shaft and the turnover shaft can be extended on the basis of X.Y.Z axis, flexibility is strong, especially suitable for welding work on all kinds of irregular products, fiber laser is divided into two kinds of continuous and pulse source, choose according to the demand,control system develops and customizes separately according to the manipulator and laser .After the application of robot laser welding, the appearance and internal quality of welding parts are greatly improved, the quality is stable, the labor intensity is reduced, and the working environment is improved.
